Reiner Scholarship
The Eleanor B. Reiner Nonprofit Scholarship & Service Fund was established by the Eleanor B. Reiner Foundation to support graduate students at Seton Hall University who are preparing for leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. Rooted in the mission of the Center for Public Service, this fund reflects the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening nonprofit organizations by investing in students who combine academic study with meaningful community and professional service. The scholarship is intended to help reduce financial barriers for students pursuing graduate education in nonprofit management and related public service fields while encouraging engagement with community-based organizations.
Criteria:
- Graduate student enrolled at Seton Hall University
- Enrolled in a nonprofit management, public service, or closely related graduate program administered by the Center for Public Service or its successor academic units
- Demonstrate commitment to leadership and service within nonprofit or community-based organizations
- Recipient agrees to participate in a community or professional service activity during the period of the award, as coordinated by the University
- Scholarship provides partial tuition support
