McMullen Family Foundation Internship Fund

The McMullen Family Foundation Internship Fund was established by the McMullen Family Foundation to support undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University who participate in approved internship experiences. Recognizing the value of experiential learning, this fund is intended to help offset travel and living expenses associated with internship opportunities in the United States or abroad, enabling students to apply academic theory to real-world practice in international affairs.

Criteria:
• Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in the School of Diplomacy and International Relations
• Completion of at least 30 undergraduate credits or 18 graduate credits at the time of application
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 (undergraduate) or 3.4 (graduate)
• Submit an Internship Statement of Purpose
• Submission of two letters of recommendation from full-time Diplomacy faculty members
• Internship must be an approved internship in the United States or abroad
• Student must have an internship acceptance letter from the sponsoring organization
• Student must plan to enroll at the School of Diplomacy for the academic term following the internship
• Financial need may be considered in award determination
