CHDCM/TCSF Spendable Scholarship Fund

Established by Patrick McGovern, the CHDCM/TCSF Spendable Scholarship supports graduate students in the College of Human Development, Culture and Media who demonstrate financial need and were previously supported by the Tri-County Scholarship Fund (TCSF) during high school. Established to continue investment in students with strong academic potential, this scholarship helps advance educational access and persistence through graduate study.

Criteria
• Must be enrolled in the College of Human Development, Culture and Media
• Must be a graduate student
• Demonstrates financial need

Preference / Selection Considerations:
• Students who previously participated in the Tri-County Scholarship Fund (TCSF) during high school
