Salvatore Perillo Scholarship in Support of the Brownson Speech and Debate Team

Established by Salvatore Perillo, Esq. ’69, this scholarship supports students participating in the Brownson Speech and Debate Team at Seton Hall University. The fund reflects a commitment to advancing the educational and developmental benefits of competitive speech and debate, recognizing the importance of communication, critical thinking, and advocacy in shaping student success.

*Criteria *

• Must have financial need
• Applicant must be a transfer student from another college or graduate of a community college or SHU student who is NOT a beneficiary of a Brownson scholarship.
• Must be a student selected for and participating in the Brownson Speech and Debate Team at Seton Hall University

**Final Selection Process *

• Applicants must complete the interview and/or audition process required for membership in the Brownson Speech and Debate Team. Qualified candidates will be formally invited to participate in this process as part of final selection*.
