Unanue Latino Institute Fundraising Scholarship

Established through fundraising efforts led by the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute, this scholarship supports Seton Hall University students by providing financial assistance and program support connected to the Institute’s mission. The fund reflects a commitment to advancing educational access, fostering student success, and supporting initiatives that enhance academic and cultural engagement within the University community.

• Demonstrates financial need
• May be engaged in or benefit from programs affiliated with the Joseph A. Unanue Latino Institute

  1. Only one award is available this academic year. As a prospective Lider Award applicant, please write a two-page, double-spaced essay proposal outlining the service project that would be fulfilled over the course of the academic year upon selection and attach the proposal to the application. A report on the service project outcomes and the use of funds will be due to the Latino Institute at the conclusion of the academic year Please also take a moment to share how you have shown appreciation of Latino/Hispanic culture, history, and/or community life.
