Established in memory of Professor Marc R. Poirier for a rising 3L Seton Hall Law student who has a demonstrated commitment to pursuing a legal career in the area of Civil Rights or Environmental Justice; OR who has personally been affected by issues stemming from or impingement of rights related to either. This award is given out as a graduate award and comes in the form of a refund.
