Established by Leroy Tice for Seton Hall Law students in good academic standing with demonstrated financial need, preferably those whose gender, ethnic, cultural, and/or national background contribute to the diversity of the student body OR students who demonstrate an interest in Seton Hall University Law School’s Black Law Students Association (BLSA).
