Established by Krystal Oliver for academically high-achieving scholars with financial need and a commitment to servant leadership who display extreme risk of not being able to obtain a degree due to financial limitations and have evidence of experience in the Black-American culture with a commitment to the upward mobility of disenfranchised communities.
