  1. Are you currently an educator? If yes, please tell us about your current teaching experience to include: position, employer/school, subject, grade level and how long you have been in the educational field.
  2. Are you currently matriculating in another graduate program? If yes, please provide your transcript or proof of registration.
  3. Please indicate the courses you have taken in Jewish/Christian/Holocaust/Genocide Studies at Seton Hall or elsewhere.
  4. Employment Confirmation Letter - Please ask your principal/superintendent for a letter confirming your employment at your school. (If your employment has not changed, you do not need to ask for this confirmation again.) If you teach in a diocesan school, you must supply a letter annually from your principal confirming your employment.
  5. As the heart of your application, your essay is particularly important. The scholarship committee will pay specific attention to how you express and present yourself in this essay. Please submit a 500 word essay indicating: 1. Why you are interested in this program, 2. How you personally relate to this field of study, 3. How you expect this program will enhance your curriculum or lesson plans, 4. How the program will impact your personal advancement. Be as specific as possible.
