Established by Angelo Rancatti for a student pursuing courses in the study of Italian Language or other Italian Studies courses, has a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher, and demonstrates financial need; preference given to Italian Studies students who wish to teach Italian/Modern Languages, pursue a professional career in opera or classical music, or pursue an advanced degree in Italian language and/or Italian Studies.
